Tony is innocent and he was setup by Phelan. No evidence just testimony from two youth criminals. Clearly they were cut a deal. 1000's of other kids in the program and no other "victims". No pornography at his house or pictures on his computers. When have you ever heard that in a pediphelia case? Phelan fired Tony and hired a friend to be "event coordinator" for nearly 6 figures when Tony did the job as a volunteer. Phelan catches hell from the public for firing Tony and suddenly an investigation starts and two "victims" are found. We all know the court system is flawed and in Massachusetts jurors are still thinking about the church scandals. Open your eyes, look at the evidence and make the right decision. Reverse on appeal!!!

Siciliano was a diddler for years. He isn't innocent, and he ruined a lot of young boys' lives to satisfy his selfish, perverted desires.

I was on the jury and Tony was guilty as charged, and the church scandals were never mentioned during deliberations. You need to get your facts straight.... there were not thousands of kids in the program but most of them were boys????

I lived next to the guy since I was 7 and was involved in his programs. I have been to his house and the FEMA building on Sea Street on 100's of occassions alone. My reference to the church scandals is not that they were part of the trial but created a culture in MA that makes all accused of child abuse charges guilty to be found innocent. The two so called victims have criminal records that were not shared including previous attempts to blackmail several individuals. They cited dates and times that Tony was not even in state. I have the facts and you made a big mistake in finding guilty a great human being.

The charges against tony were bullsh!t... I know many of the kids that were in emergency management...My friend Tom pretty much ran the thing while we were in High School, and was certified by FEMA in the train the trainer program, all because of tony and him pushing him to educate himself. I spent many many days hanging out at the emergency management offices as a kid. and many many more days helping out with lighting and power work, security for city events, gangpeace and just about anything else tony would help out with.. Tony was probably the nicest guy and least selfish person I have ever met in my life. He dedicated his life to helping people and keeping kids on a straight path and out of trouble.. If it were not for tony, a lot of these kids would have went to jail instead of quite a few of them becoming police officers.. This man worked on call 24 hours a day and gave everything to the city... In my opinion, If I learned one thing from his ordeal it is NEVER WORK WITH CHILDREN for any reason whatsoever.. it is not worth it and all it takes is one to make a false statement and you can lose everything... what a shame...this guy is the one that got screwed... I was at his trial, and there was no sufficent evidence by the commonwealth that tony was guilty. Tony was made out to be guilty by the phelan camp and other within the city of quincy government.

As for the jurors, you people ruined a guy's life, The kid that made these acusations was mentally disturbed, as you would not be aware of due to the the asistant district attorney. these records would not be seen in trial because these people did not want you to know the truth.

also you jurors have no clue what you people were doing, because one of you jurors did not even show up on time the following monday for deliberations, as a police officer for many years I am very disturbed by the justice system and the jurors.

You jurrors did not see all the facts, because the district attorney did not want you to know that there was as many girls as there were boy's in the program.

the so called victim is not a victim at all and one day you will realize that the two boys had a reason for this and it was money from the City. but it never happend and they are both lost.
