Gwen may have 21 years but Laura has a college degree and worked in legal field for over twenty years, so it can't be that hard. Plus Laura has a personality and is nice to everyone. So no, Laura has just as much expierence working with legal aspects of things.

I agree both ladies have the "know how" to get the job done. But as Trump would say location,location,location!

Just because someone has work in the court clerks office for 21 years does not make them the best person for the position. Laura is very knowledgeable with the court system and is capable of learning. She is friendly to all and well-liked in this county. Vote Laura for COURT CLERK!

I have seen both ladies campaigning Laura walked right up to me shook my hand handed me a card sat right down beside me telling me about her family and why she wanted to be the next Choctaw county court clerk as for the other broad yea I seen her at a fish fry she never said a word to me or anyone around me her husband sure did he talked to me for a min and then said o yea my wife is running for court clerk we would like your support- now not everyone might not of had my experience but I took the rouse lady to be alittle snobby and her husband doing all the ground work what the heck is gunna happen if she gets court clerk is he who were gunna have to deal with why she stands off to the side w her nose in the air and if shes worked there 21yrs now and everyone wants change is it smart to say ur one of them up there doing all the "its all in who u know" Bs-not smart campaigning. My vote and families vote is for Sumner someone I felt was genuinely concerned about Choctaw county and just a regular Joe like the rest of us

Laura Sumner is one of the finest residents in Choctaw County! The other one has been working in the office for 20 years but never once have I ever entered the office and had her be friendly or for that matter any of them unless it's close to election time. I would say that with a college education that would carry you far! So let's get the word out there to Vote for LAURA SUMNER!

Yes someone may have 21 years doing something, but that in no way means they are the best one for the job. I would rather speak with someone who knows the law and can explain it to me a regular citizen who might not loan a lot of legal terminology. I also think we need some one who is respectful and polite, I believe the only correct vote is Liars Sumner.

I know exactly what you are talking, and agree with you 100%!

Gwen Rouse has worked in the Court Clerks office as a Secretary only, that doesn't mean she has Court Clerk experience. Laura Sumner on the other hand, has a Degree in Criminal Justice, and has 15yrs experience with a very well known and respected attorney. Before you speak you should do some research on both candidates before assuming
