WOOOHH! No driving at an unsafe speed, failure to remain within the driving lanes,no deer ran out, what exactly happened? Sweeping stuff under the rug again? Inquiring minds want to know! The reasons for his accident and for not releasing more information might be an indication something fishy is going on and maybe we should think about that during the next election cycle. We the people deserve the truth! Come clean!

And why was he taken to Hagerstown - Washington Co hospital? I think that is even further away than Chambersburg hospital, what gives?

Boy, this one really stinks. Every accident has a cause or a contributing circumstance. Taking into consideration the position this man is in, he is held at a higher standard of conduct, so, what happened??????????

No way this should have gone without charges. At the very least he was guilty of reckless driving. A beautiful clear night, no rain, dry roads, no cross traffic, in short - no excuses.

As for going to Washington County Hospital, it's always the patient's right to choose their hospital. His doctor is associated with that hospital.

Aren't psp enforcing laws these days, or does it matter who you are. I ran off the road and hit a tree, one car, one injury (mine), and I got cited. Had to pay over $100.00 for my one car harmless crash.

I wish I was a judge so I could break the law and not fear arrest.

Time for this guy to retire anyway.

"THE CASE IS CLOSED"! So, it doesn't matter if he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if he just fell asleep at the wheel, or if he was on his cell phone or texting, or was speeding and a rabbit jumped out in front of him ! Maybe his robe blew over his face and blocked his vision....It just doesn't matter! He is "THE Judge" and he can't judge others if HE is being judged! The job has advantages and I suppose this is just one of the few perks that comes with it. Nobodys business...Don't need no explanation for anybody! We must just deal with it, ya'll. In other words, does it really suprise anyone that the case is closed?
Oh and....just be happy he didn't harm anyone, no matter what the problem really was.

Oh! This was the incident from LAST Friday at the entrance of the Academy that was never put in the paper or reported on channel 25? Around 9pm or so.. They had traffic blocked for awhile because of it. It coulda been a medical reason for the incident. I hope Dave is okay. Although I live in M-burg, I couldn't have told ya where Seminary Lane is. It must be one of those cutesy alleys they just named.

Maybe it's because, as he has told me in the past, because he comes from one of the most prominent families in the area and he has to get elected to his position, unlike some of us.......

I don't understand that why some people get away with things because of who they are or there last name gets them out of things. If this would of been me or one of my family members he would have gave us a fine and our names would of been in the paper the next day with what really happened.I don't feel that Hawbaker should be able to keep his job.Tell us the truth.

Daily Horoscope for June 3

Scorpio

You need a little light relief at the moment and one of the best ways to find it today is to get together with someone who always makes you laugh. You might even want to tell them what's going on in your life at the moment so you can get their perspective on it. This will help to keep your feet on the ground and then you won't feel quite so miserable or beset by problems.
