Don Breault is a good cop and a good man. The town of Hudson has always been full of politics and BS. I don't think Don would let his family and his brothers/sisters in law enforcement down by doing something dishonest or compromising his integrity.

Please reserve judgement on Captain Breault until the facts are known.

Its a shame that because of nothing but jealousy a good cop is being blacklisted. Maybe someone should look at who made the claim. Capt. Breault is a good, honest and descent man, not to mention police officer. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. When all is proven to be nothing, he better get the front page of the news to clear is name.

I agree with Witchhunt--it's ironic who turned him in--he should be the one under investigation along with his side-kicks

The claim are coming from the person that he closed associated with. Will find out soon.

I have a great amount of respect for who appears to be the parties involved but this is really really sad if these allegations are "true" and quite frankly even sadder if they are not true.

Thou shalt not bear false witness.

It's a commandment from God but as a law enforcement officer, it should also be gospel. Always tell the truth.

It's funny how those who do wrong are the first to turn in others. I think someone needs to retire and it's not the captain.

Captain Breault has no integrity whatsoever. The true irony is that "what goes around really truly does come around." You should always think twice about turning your back on someone who is being falsely accused and laughiing at them and then choosing to also contribute to the perpetuation of those false accusations. Breault thought it was funny to cover for a bunch of lying cops on his department. Now he is experiencing how much "payback" truly is a bitch! I can't wait to watch him get fired and go down in flames. It couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy. All crooked cops eventually go down like Breault is.

Cops do not get fired in Massachusetts. They seem to suddenly decide to retire with their pension and nothing more heard about issue.

Wow. You're right; that IS just as bad. GOOD POINT! Cops in MA "SEEM TO SUDDENLY RETIRE", and cops, like Breault, "SEEM TO SUDDENLY" lie and steal! There are good cops and bad cops. I appreciate and am thankful for the good ones. The bad ones should be fired or in jail if laws have been broken.
