I did notice that it looked as if someone had punched him pretty good. I would venture to say it could have started off as a fight. But with these type of people, there's no telling. They could've been off somewhere else harrassing other people before they committed the crime they're accused of. Maybe they aren't as tough as they thought they were?<quoted text>
What stumps me is, why did Dillion have a busted nose?? Did anyone else notice that??
It makes me wonder if the 2 were in fact there, and they got into a brawl? IDK guess we'll find out eventually.
The two were most definatley involved, and probably knew what was going to happen before it actually did happen. Even if they didnt, I know the 2 personally, and I know that they are VERY capable of making decisions, VERY BAD at making the right decision.
Its a shame, but yes you are right, they will more than likely get a lesser punishment. Which is BS in my opinion. Hopefully the punks learn their lesson.
I just love how the death penalty is all pansy-fied these days. Whatever happened to hangings? They were cheap, and pretty simple.
Yes, the death penalty has become completely sissified. You'd think when someone said "death penalty" that they were talking about killing babies, judging from some of the looks you get when you mention "death penalty."
You're right, back in the old days you got a simple hanging. And back then, that was before all the great new technology we have now, like DNA. In these times, if you're convicted of something, the chances of you being guilty are much, more solid and certain. Sentencing someone to death and carrying it out nowadays should be so easy, but everyone's decided to give offenders a billion chances to find some ridiculous loophole to get them their sentence changed to life. I feel like if they can prove someone committed a heinous crime (beyond any reasonable doubt), they should be sentenced to death right then and there. Stop pussyfooting around and carry it out in a reasonable amount of time.
It's really a shame that they probably won't take these two accomplices that seriously when choosing their sentences. Someone that can make a choice like that...I just don't think they're a person of very good morals, and some people are most certainly not capable of change, even if they do spend a fair amount of time in prison. A lot of them come right back out, and revert to their old ways. There are people in this world that should just never be allowed to roam free in society, period.
