Just another example of how our current drug laws can turn something as innocent as a natural plant into a catalyst for murder. If marijuana was legal as it should be these kids would still be alive today, the kid would have just grown his own or bought some cheaply at the local store. Its so sad that the feds care more about their share of the money than they do their own citizens lives. But I guess as long as they can convince us that marijuana is evil they will still be able to justify the billions of American citizen generated tax dollars they allocate to their own budgets. How thoughtful of them

The only reason marijuana is worth so much money is because of the legal risk involved, it is our own laws that create the value of crime. When will we wake up as a society and realize we can not control everything,it simple does not work that way. What will the federal gov. decide that people are not allowed to use next, sunshine?
More and more people are turning against law enforcement because they are being used to control personal choice, and that is a recipe for disaster.

It makes me cry when young people die over something that could have been avoided. There are talks and conversation going on right now around the nation about marijuana being less harmful than both alcohol and cigarettes and its being considered for legalization in California because the latest poll shows majority support. So why is it still illegal, why are we not changing the failed laws? Are we waiting for more deaths and more prison sentences that tax payers pay for? The longer we wait the more harm we do and the more death we obviously condone. This makes me sick to my stomach!!!

If weed was legal this wouldn't of happened. Its as simple as that. So whats worse, the weed or the laws against it? I can say I have never herd of weed killing anyone, but I have heard plenty of people being killed because of the laws.

Give me a break. Alcohol is legal and people still steal it and get the shit beat out of them & yes, even killed. Everyone has to have some one to blame for everything.

Yeah, they should have taught them to be "legal" druggies and thieves like Insurance agents, Doctors, Lawyers and Politicians. I'm sure the world would have been a better place. DUH!

I agree, but you have to admit that we do have some retarded laws around here. We are still expected to live by laws from 30-100 years ago?

Legal doesn't mean honorable in my book, just legal! We really need to put them all in the same category, a thief is a thief and a liar is a liar.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Capricorn

Self deception will be the main issue today. You may be judging your situation wrongly: don't hold back, say what you think diplomatically and without being hurtful. This should result in a positive mental outlook for you. Competitive sports activity will ease any stress or tension.
