I am new to this area and although this topix forum is filled with negative remarks, so far I have found the area to be quite nice.
I see some homes decorated for the upcoming celebration of Samhain(Halloween for non-pagans)and wondered what most here will do to celebrate the day.
Anyway, I wish you all the blessings of the ancients, and remember this day is about honoring those loved ones that have passed on.

Went out to Pine Island, the beach, a while back, maybe several years ago. Strange wedding out at the park's point. Obviously a couple in love but exchanged strangish vowes, stepping into marriage by stepping over a line, the line a broom.

A Pagan wedding is sometimes called a "handfasting" and yes the couple jump over a broom-my wedding was a handfasting, they can be very beautiful ceremony
