instead of settling with them, documenting them and deporting them
we get this silly civil liability attitude from a federal judge
it certainly should affect the way immigration laws are enforced
one way to do this would have been to escalet the case up to another circuit
that is the true intended use of the judicial system ...to validate or reject legislation
instead they are adding to the whole inefectiveness of the system by awarding plaintiffs instead of prosecuting everyone involved
bottom line ...the lawyer and judge continued employment act
put htese cases in fornt of a jury who understands jury nullification and watch the sh1t hit the fan

We have been hearing that the great state of California is going bankrupt. I was born, raised and lived most of my life in California. So when I tell you that I might have a few clues as to why California is in finical trouble, just maybe you can believe me.
The state of California has always prided itself on paying the most in wages and aid. Now they what a handout. I don’t think so. Give them a hand up, if they start arresting the legal California’s that willingly hire someone that can not “speak’a dah En-glish” and do not have their green card. Illegal Immigrants, are the biggest cause of California’s problems. This has been going on for years. Got to be too expensive for the states to take them back.
The California Equalization Act. It was supposed to be a good thing, equal rights for women as men, under the law. The Act pasted California Legislation of the time thought the law was so good they would put a few extras on it like; you can not legally ask a person their age, sex or sexual preference, race or if they are citizen. In most cases you can not ask if they are qualified for the job that they are applying for. That one law was so good that the Federal Government adopted it and added more stuff. It has been the down- fall of America. Now the illegal persons receive the same constitutional rights (without being tax) as legal citizens.
The illegal persons are hired off the streets because they work for less. This hiring is done by American’s that want to save a buck. Because of work men’s comp., job insurance, minimum wage and union wage. There are most likely other costs that have been tacked on by state and federal through the years. But I think you get it. At first it was the farmer and ranchers but not now. Some Americans will sell their sole for the dollar they think they are saving.

Now now. My gut reaction was outrage when I read the headline too. If I understand the article correctly it says that the illegals hold a judgment against those that helped them cross. Good! The punishment for the people that assisted them in illegally entering this country was not only jail time, but the seizure of their home and bank accounts. The result is financial ruin.

I would much rather that seizure be used to offset the cost of illegal aliens in this Country, but it is better than nothing. This is a consequence of illegal alien smuggling that hopefully will reverberate throughout the community "if you help them, you may have your assets seized".

when will families that have lost someone by the hands of illegal aliens begin lawsuits against the government?
