Pioneer invests in online grain marketing service

Pioneer Hi-Bred International, a division of DuPont Co., bought a stake in an online marketing service that connects farmers with grain buyers, the companies said. via Denver Post

American grain agents, it will be interesting to known your point of view about this online marketing service:
Farmers, Private grain collectors,co-op, processors...is it efficient?, it by-pass the traditionnal circuit of grain, who gain the add-value? are you in favor or upset? Amerique has an advance time. I think next year it will appear in Europe. Thank you |
