We can judge however we want and although we, obviosuly, don't know all the facts, he is still guilty of cheating many hundreds of people out of THEIR hard earned money and blowing 10Mil in Vegas with NO concious whatsoever...he is Vegas blowing this money while his "girlfriend" is in rehab and a nanny is home with his 2 babies...what a nice guy huh? very caring...and now, all these employees who are working for him, their jobs and futures are in complete jeopardy becuz of this selfish pig. This is a case for a public lynching....everyone who he swindled should be given a free shot at this jaggoff....

Hes not a Bin Laden!! your client Petters is headed for along long time in prison where he will have nothing but time to think about what his greed,cheating,stealing schemes (crimes) have done to soooo many innocent people, including his own family. I can't belive they are letting Judge Mont. stay on this case after she has rulled in favor of Petters so many times in past years.

The whole Judicial System is crooked. How many attorneys does Tom Petters have in his back pocket? What about his pal, and CEO of Petters Aviation,
T Jay Salmen? I am waiting for the FBI to bring him down. Talk about crooked lawyers, Salmen is right there in the top 5%. Did you know that he is co-owner of the Wild Onion on Grand Street in St. Paul with Joe Schaefer? Yes the same Joe Schaefer that owns Moose Country in Lilydale. Recently he was being sued for sexual harassment, but settled out of court. Schaefer, Salmen and Petters, just the cream of the crop.

And judge, will you comment on this case once it's over since you fail to on any of the other Tom Petters cases you've been in charge of? You know, the ones you ignored, dismissed, or whatever the PC term is for what you did? Wait, they mentioned bin Laden, the PC bus left.

Lest we forget - the IRS and the SEC haven't even begun their stuff yet. Once the Feds are done, he has to deal with everyone else and ALL the lawsuits from investors, etc. that he wronged.
