glad to see him retire, he needs some time for himself to figure out what a nut he is.
That guy really needs to see somebody!

I believe he retired so he could get married. I miss him allot...there seems to be an emptiness here in Raymondville without him, he brought some laughs with his unique sense of humor and made this drab old town a more secure and a fun place to live. Now since hes gone it shows that you really dont know what you have until its gone.

Wht happend to Ms. Beasley? If she wasnt going to last too long why didn't they just toss in Melinda in the first place?
And is there something to the rumor that walter dosent want to set foot in raymondville again? I sure miss him as postmaster there and as a good friend of mine but he seems to have "abandoned" raymondville and the ppl in it since he retired. I could be wrong but i dont think i am. this town seems to be so laid back without him.

This town was laid back when he was still postmaster. Sounds like to me is that Ms. Beasley couldn't handle the job hence why she isn't there any more.
Walter said that he wont be "in the limelight" any more but he will "work in the shadows"...sounds like he retired from society, he wont be in the RYFD or the R-ville school board any more and other similar things.
Strange man.

Walter, if you are reading this, thanks for bringing those gifts to me and my kids yesterday! You are the best and I thank God for you and other gracious people like you who have helped me and my family thru some very difficult times. I wouldn't have known it was you if it wasn't for my home security camera system footage! Don't hide your good deeds Walter.
I thank you so much and miss you as postmaster.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Aquarius

You're eager to have a good time, and nothing less will do; you'll soon put your work to one side and start to enjoy yourself instead. If you're going to a social event that you've been looking forward to for ages, try to keep a firm grip on your expectations in case reality falls far short of them. Be especially realistic if you've got high hopes of love and romance.
