Mary Jo Sullivan (Store Owner - Shumski's of Winona, MN) obviously per her recorded statement to Douglas M. Bourne and invoice (ASBESTOS patched with Mapai)did not remove this homes 400 square feet of hazardous asbestos.

No one in the world disputes that it is blatent PERJURY except judge Fabian.

I agree that Judge Fabian's judicial actions are suppose to be for justice and by his ALLOWING PERJURY is OXYMORON.

Three million people feel the Bourne's deserve justice from the federal government from Judge Fabian's acting as a pr*ck, making very foolish decisions and complying with acts of oxymoron instead of justice as his jurisdiction requires....
