Piece of garbage.
Your parents must be so proud! Nice neighborhood. Wonder what the excuse will be??

Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard to find this miscreant.

I completely agree, Huh. Although at this point, we can merely refer to this reject as the "alleged" creep, he'd have to do some fancy dancing to be found innocent. I can't imagine his coming up with anything believable to excuse this behaviour. He ought to be locked up forever with the clot who killed that child's rabbits. These are the kind of folks who end up killing people in horrid ways; what they do today is only practice.

In this article it is represented that the Berkshire County League of Sportsmen have a reward of $1000. At the time I was called about this development of a person of interest, I was not sure what ther actual amount was of the reward money we collected. I contacted our treasure and he emailed me yesterday afternoon with the amount of $1,625.00
This reward is only available upon a successful conviction of those charged. Good work by all those involved!

Yup. Put him out in a field, defenseless like the llamas, and let people take shots at him. I'll be the first in line. This would make the next person thinking about doing something like this think twice.....

Watch as one of Berkshire County Liberal judges gives the perpetrator a suspended sentence with probation.

At least this provides some closure for Lisa, the owner of the farm. If convicted, this person should never be allowed to own any animals.

Please, please, please don't let Rutberg be the judge.....and please don't let the defense lawyer use "he was drunk" as an excuse!

I am so sick of criminals getting off because they were drinking.

And finally, PLEASE put the a-- in jail for a very long time.

blah blah blah they were friggin llamas. Why don't you people get this enraged about all the domestic violence in our City or the street violence that will claim more innocent victims any day now. Come on get your priorities straight.

The reason why people are so upset over this and other animal abuse is because they are defenseless innocent creatures and this human being (and I use the term loosely for this jerk) can hurt them what/who else has he hurt? This is a serial killer in the making. Anyone who harms animals and children should be locked up for life.

Just the fact that one or more of his chums at the crime scene came forward to give information should be the focus of the news.

Above and beyond the animal abuse issue here, and above and beyond what that says about this defendant, you also have to consider the fact that what this guy considers FUN is to get drunk and destroy the property of others.

In some ways, malicious vandals like that are WORSE than thieves. The thief wants property for himself, and may have some desperate need that drives him to crime.[Not that this excuses the thief, but at least it's an understandable human motivation.] The vandal, OTOH, just wants to destroy because to him hurting others and wrecking their stuff is FUN.

Animals can't defend themselves against an unfair advantage such as a man-made weapon. You sir, are a tool.

Not trying to cause trouble or anything but just wondering if the League of Sportsmen reward fund includes the money put up and collected by Sherman Baldwin. I know people who sent him money for the fund.

CONGRATULATIONS to all involved in catching this jerk! His sentence should involve mucking stalls and cleaning barnyards all over Berkshire county. He should be made to get up close to the animals so that they can give him some "crap" for what he did!!

Mr Baldwin never contacted me or any other delegate to the Berkshire County League of Sportsmen to forward or give any reward money he or the radio station he worked for ever collected. Our reward money is separate from any others that were collected for this event.

Having passed those beautiful animals everyday and taking joy in seeing how majestic they were, I am glad that they caught the attacker. Although it is not a certainty that this is the person who did it, I hope that the punishment fits the crime. Even if it doesn't, I'm sure that this person will have a horrible life cause he never learned to appreciate the beauty in it. Lock him up and toss the key away, maybe in jail he can practice his skills on ants that might pass by his cell.

Another case of Pittsfield inbreeding which is out of control. South County has taken the spot away from the fine folks up North. Please people you cannot breed with your own family it only leads to llama killings and other crime.
