Well said, Stormtrooper. People like that should be pistol whipped and thrown in a concentration camp. They must think it's a free country or something.

Lol! I really wouldn't have such a problem with police, but they are actually taught to violate you civil liberties rather than to protect them. We have far too many police officers, especially in Arkansas.

"hmmmmm" How smart are you? A bag of weed will not get you sh*it except a fine, and maybe your license pulled. If your going to plant something, plant something good, and get these idiots off the street.
I hope we got some of these State Troopers in this area. "Too many police officers"???? Please, "Policy officers" That's about like a man saying, "I need to have a reduction, cause this "thang" is killing my back." Yeah right!!!!!

I happen to be the mother of a Arkansas State Police Officer. If there is any wife stealing going on, there are troopers that are transferred and if they don't learn they are fired. Perhaps, you wife wasn't really "yours" in the first place if she was that willing to leave. Maybe a trooper treated her like people should be treated for the first time in her life.

How many weeks do troopers have to go to school now? I happen to be proud of each and every one of you. People that have problems with law enforcement are either breaking the laws or couldn't make it through the training to be one themelves. I don't know of a single State Policeman that abuses their power. Wish I could say that for the locals.

You fine young officers hang in there, REMEMBER your training, CONCENTRATE on what is happening, be careful, and be safe. We need you. If that sounds like a mother preaching, it is! lol Mine son still gets it after all these years.

Good Luck and God Bless

The background checks are extensive and the training is even more extensive. I don't know about now, but several years ago, if you could go through 18 weeks of their training, you deserved what you had earned. My son had been in the Army and he said Boot Camp was nothing compared to the training he got in Little Rock. If that will keep him alive, every minute was worth it.
