mainstreet broadband is a liar

The sign on the side of the road in my neighborhood says $19.99. I have seen others for all kinds of prices.

The man came to install and said if i could get a signal with the box inside the house then it would be $19.99 or what ever promotion price the sales man gave me. Of course, they dont give a damn about some price a salesman quoted, they dont have integrity. They charged me the $39.99 like they do everyoone else. So, the real pricesis that regardless of what they advertise. Their word is no good, hence , their service is be sorry too, it all goes together.

I don't know about their advertised price, but its the best highspeed internet that I've had. 6 megs down, 2megs up..

They said I was getting an upgrade to my service and now its as slow as can be real spotty coverage and call of duty nat type is strict now. They now tell me they don't support gaming?????? They advertise for all of your internet needs a joke I tell you and I to was misquoted on a price of 24.99 but paying 39.99 and they wanted to charge me 80 bucks for a tech to come out plug his computer into my modem to tell me I am having spotty coverage and there was nothing he could do!!!!! I refused to pay they tried to add it to my bill I had my lawyers contact them. Its not there anymore

I have been with them since Aug. and I would say the reception in Jesup is fair but not exceptional. I have called their tech. dept. twice and now I have learned what to do to clear the line. I dont think they are in any position to be raising their prices.
I was offered their increase in speed for a $10 per months increase but I am not having any problems with speed now.

i have had it for 2 months now and when i firsr got it i had 6medgs down and 2 to 3 megs up it slowed down i called and they fixed it now its back to 2 megs down and 0.8 up wth is going on.

Why did they take our money then post they were closing I think it is theft out right.
