the gifted and talented kids would be better off attending something else besides the dammm desal plant. that plant hardly runs at 10 percent capacity and cost out the butt in electricity to run. another mistake by archuleta that he didnt see coming until after the fact. so now your water bill subsidizes the cost of the building the plant along with christina montoya's 84 k salary and anai padilla's 80 k salary to show kids around the plant.

Successful Indoctrination starts early. These are future water customers and they have to be convinced that El Patron and the others deserve their another-city wages.
