I knew Kristian for a few years and she didnt deserve to die. i hope that Dom gets the full punishment for what he did. As for Kristian may she rest in peace. i will have her name writin all over my 2002 gmc sierra. Dom it doest surprise me that you did this, however i dont want you to die, I hope you live and get reminded ever minute of the day about what you did.

Knowing Dominick like i do because I'm his aunt he would of never did this intentionally!! its sad that this happened to both of the teenagers they just don't think anything will happen to them they think they are invincible but they are not. They are out having fun but have to realize there is other ways of having fun than to risk your life or someone else's. We all have done it as a teenager but that doesn't make it right.You need to make the right choice. My brother survived a bad accident from a drunk driver that left him paralyzed at seventeen years old he is now 46. Because of this I had to know where my kids were all the time and what they were doing when they had the car, they were never happy with me with this but they understood, it made me feel good when I heard their voice. My heart and prayers goes out to the families of both teenagers. My family has been through this and they need the support of friends and family. POSITIVE SUPPORT!

yeah i feel really bad about this whole thing and i am very sorry that she died but like the other person said i dont feel like he should get that punished because he was in the accident too and he lost a great friend and they both made wrong decisions not just him. and i dont want anyone to take that the wrong way

I feel that he should have the full punishment. It's his own fault.He should have thought about that before he acted like an idot. He killed a sweet and innocent girl that had her whole life ahead of her.Who cares if he was in the accident he's still alive and she is gone.

You are wrong to say that about dom. For anyone who does not know what happen let me tell you... The hood flew up on the car causing dom to not being able to see the road. He tried with all his heart to help her. And no one will every know how much he tried to save her. He was very close to her and would of never done anything to hurt her in any way. dom is the one who will have to carry this accident for the rest of his life and no one can punish him the way he is going to punish himself. Self punishment is the hardest.he has
as a very hard road ahead of himself and is fighting for his own life. My heart breaks for both parents and wish i could make their pain go away. So instead of juding him and calling him these names, sit back and think, this could of happened to anyone at anytime. How do you know what happened? Where you there??? You can cast the hate stone but one day it might happen to you also. You can try to add caution but you can not change your path in life..

In fact I also heard that the hood blew open on the car causing Dom not to be able to see. People need to stop fighting over this. Yes this is a very bad thing that has happend here and Kristan was so very nice and sweet and she will be dearly missed by all who love her, but we know she is in a much better place now and I think that she would want all this fighting to stop.

Well.....I know EXACTLY how it feels to lose a daughter. I am Kristan's father. Everyone seems to have different stories on how this accident occured and everyone THINKS they know what the truth is. The truth will come out eventually but I would like to put FACTS out there for everyone seeing I heard 3 DIFFERENT storys from Dominicks brother. Yes the hood flew open.....but at what point is the question. The car was a piece of junk. He had the hood TIED down....not latched. He had prior knowledge that the hood would fly open because he told Kris thats how his windshield got busted. Now what do YOU think would happen if you were SPEEDING (fact also) down a county road doing 100 mph?????????? Who did he call first on his cell phone right after the accident???? NOT 911 but his girlfriend!!!!!!!!!! So now does anyone want to tell me to feel SORRY for him???? I do not feel sorry for him one bit.

One more thing I noticed. It appears that he has no remorse. Just look at his myspace page. He states he is going to throw a party when he gets out????Come on now.

well i happen to know that he did not call his girlfriend that day, because i was trying to get a hold of him for at least an hour. he did not call me at all, i found out from a call from his step-dad. i know you all have a great reason to dislike dominick, but what i do know is that kristan was my best friend, and no matter how bad everybody wants to deny it kristan and dominick were really close too.and no matter what anybody says i know in my heart that this was just a complete accident, i know saying that will never bring her back, but why all the hate? dominick may not be the smartest person ever but i do know one thing, he would have never did anything like that purposly, and everybody that knew kristan should know that she would not want all of us to be fighting over this...and im not saying in any way that her family has to forgive him, just leave him alone... his life is hard enough the way it is knowing that he did this to one of his best friends, and if anyboddy would take the time out to actually listen to him, they would understand. and as for her family and me.. i have no clue why you all hate me, i dont know if its because you think he called me first, or because i wasnt there that day, but you have to understand where im coming from. her family knows that she was my best, and only friend, what did i ever do???? you all know i was never anything but there for her and if i could turn back time and change it from her to me i would in a heartbeat, but i cant and i dont know what else to do. i know your hurting for losing a daughter, but im hurting too because i lost my best friend

alright yea i was driving and just because im a teenager people all of a sudden assume i was goin fast. i wasnt my hood wasnt tied down, i wouldnt drive it if it was. and i really didnt intentionally kill her she was one of my good friends and my gurlfriends best friend. i have to deal with it all my life. if i could change it i would in a heartbeat nd it would be me passed away instead. we skipped class that day just to drive around AS FRIENDS. i feel so bad for what happened and would do anything to change it for those people that say i should sit in jail i think they are wrong because i think about it everyday and thats punishment enough. i sat in the hospital for weeks and was in a coma for a week. my backs messed up forever. i didnt call my girlfriend rite when it happened.
My phone was shattered when we crashed. i wasnt on no drugs or anything like some people say. ive thought about it alot and i really would do anything for her to be here still and me to be gone. if anyone has questions about it instead of assuming stuff ask me ill tell you the truth

I suppose your dumb ass goes exactly the speed limit? My guess is cause I was once 16 is that they were driving like EVERY ONE ELSE ten to 15 OVER the speed limit. I know every day I go 70 on the highway and get passed like I'm standing still from soccer moms to hillbillys in their work trucks so if your gonna judge look in the mirror or better yet you speedometer.

I've lost some friends to car accidents and know the pain it causes so the driver has to live with that the rest of his life. Accidents are what they are ACCIDENTS. What 16 yr old do you know that wants to reck his car.......If anything the guy probably knew more about his car than the passengers in it. Everyone on the roads just need to chill and slow down. Its fun to peel out and go fast but that gets old. I'm just gonna keep driving alertly and keep around the speed limit because I'm the first to admit I go 5-10 over all the time, but I stay at 100 ft back from cars and I always buckle up and USE SIGNALS. Get the FIBs off WI highways and you'll see safer speeds.
