Really? He downloads music from Youtube? Someone needs to tell him even if it's off Youtube and not off Bit Torrent, taking music for free off the internet, much less for commercial use (you are getting paid and it's a public venue, that's commercial use) is still piracy! You would figure he'd reinvest some of his DJ money into buying some legitimate digital music. How cheap are you when you cannot afford $1 dollar tracks? Not to mention the irresponsibility of exposing his employer to liability over his illegal music.

Nope, but the law is the law. Stealing is against the law. The problem with SOPA is that it gives far too much power to corporations to conduct it's own "justice" and shut down entire websites over minor violations. Could you imagine your facebook getting shut down because you post a video of someone singing "Happy Birthday" or a radio is playing in the background? That is beyond stupid, but SOPA would have allowed for it. That is far too much power for anyone to have over the internet.

I have no problem with them cracking down on real piracy and no one can say that they have a right to steal. If you do, please leave your doors unlocked and tell me when you are not going to be home, okay?

Ok so say you are unemployed and have a child to provide for, and you try your hardest to get a job anywhere factories , stores , auto shops etc. But nobody will hire you . So u go to the Internet and download some movies or music copy them and sell them to put food on the table. So is that wrong to steal from millionaires just so u can buy some food for your child or maybe some clothes diapers or formula

If you cannot feed your family, but still spend money to have internet, you need should have your kids taken away cause you are a pretty shitty parent that you need facebook and email more than milk and bread.

oh! you mean you steal internet from your neighbors unprotected wireless connections too? What an utter tool you must be to think yourself so much better than the rest of us who have to pay for stuff. Please tell us when you are not home so we can "feed our kids" with your home electronics and furniture.
P.S. Do you shoplift the blank DVD's and CD's from Walmart too instead of stealing food?

Isn't he the dud that lives with the snitch Lee Parrish on Briant St. Watch out for him cause he is prob. working for the law as well as Parrish. That corner are full of meth heads and dope dealers.

So in other words, your whole straw man argument that there is some group of poor people who depend on piracy for income is bullshit. You are just grasping at straws to validate the fact that you have no morality about stealing, so long as it is anonymous and in some way you cannot get caught. Every time you reply you go to the extremes of hyperbole instead of giving a legitimate debate or defense. Acting as if there is no middle ground, even in spite of the fact that I have already told you what my views on piracy, SOPA, and internet free speech are. It is obvious that you feel like you have a right to do wrong and the truth is only an obstacle to your personal justification of digital theft.

You should change your non-de-plume from "pirate" to "troll".
