I was so disappointed after going there. The owner was so rude.
I wanted to drop things off and before I could even go in the store she snapped at me and said,"I'm not taking anything!"
I was actually going to look around and maybe purchase some jeans for my grandson, but after that rude dismissal from the owner,I left quickly and I will not ever go back. All of my grandon's Hollister jeans and A&F jeans will go to the local Goodwill. My grandaughter's Buckle jeans and tops and purses and belts will go there as well.

I had the same experience last week. I love consignment shops but I felt like I was doing the employees a "favor" by shopping.

I this the old lady that was married to Edward Owen? that might be why she is so mad.

I have also had the same experience. She told me I didn't have anything that she wanted. Is there somewhere else I can go that is more pleasant!

I am not mad and I am certainly not Eddie Owen's ex wife. They do not have children let alone grandchildren and she is certainly not OLD!
I am simply disappointed in the manner in which I was spoken to and I will never go back. My grandkids clothes can go to Goodwill and I would rather buy new jeans than spend money in place where the OWNER not the employees is down right rude to the paying customers...
BTW there is a mean little hs girl that is in there working... she is a real piece of work! Don't like seeing that caliber of kid working where I can hear her Xrated language!

I think the stuff in there is over priced. I can find things on sale in retail stores for about the same price. In the Gap last week if you opened a charge card you got 40% off!

Bigger tightwad, the kid I am talking about looks like a cute little bull dog in the face... notice I said cute! But the mouth on her sounds like a sailor! Very sad, she speaks that way in that girl's store. The owner is usually in the back and is totally unaware of how she is speaking........

Isn't there another one on the boulevard? I think it is right next to the Avon store somewhere. I heard it was really nice and neat. Deputy Dawg, I wouldn't open a charge card just to get 40% off.

I was in Unique Boutique and I was really not impressed with that one either. Way too messy for me. I saw a lady stumble over a rack that was sitting in the floor!

I ment the place was Owens ex wifes place and she was mad you dumbassbitch, no wonder she treated you bad because you must be pretty fuckinstupid!

The other place on the boulevard is owned by Martha Cavanah- not the Owens woman- and she only models clothes there. It is SWEET REPEATS.

Lol this is so Funny that there are people on here talking about what people do and how they do it just because the lady said something to hurt your own feelings ... Why don't you go to her and tell her how you feel you BIG CHICKEN !!! Maybe your clothes was not worth nothing she is not a goodwill !!!! I think it's one of the best consignment shops around here my child and I love it there !!! So go get a life lol

I never brought my clothes in from my trunk. She was way too hateful for me to ever go back! She never saw the clothes - I also had a coach purse and a Fossil purse with tags still on it. I had a pair of Uuuggh boots as well. All I can say is she made a big mistake by being hateful to me! So I am telling her and everyone on topix I will never go back to her store. I am frugal but I like to buy good clothes for my teenage grandchildren. Their clothes are very gently used and come from high end stores. I thought I could consign them and make enough to put on gift cards for gas etc... I would rather give them to Goodwill where they can mark them high than consign them with someone who barks at potential customers!
I am just sayin' if the owner wants her business to flourish, she will be nicer to grannies in sweat shirts and blue jeans.

You must be the stupid one because it is obvious that you do not know how to spell or use simple punctuation like 's....
Spelling and grammatical errors are a pattern in one's writing.
I would be sure to spell check and have someone proofread anything you post here or on FB! Otherwise it makes you look as you described me!

Glad you love it! I am simply saying I will not be yelled at and be expected to ever - under any circumstances go back. I will give my things to Goodwill. When I want to shop in consignment stores I will go to Lone Oak (Paducah), Clarksville, Nashville, Bowling Green and Evansville. I am actually greeted with a smile by ladies who appear to want your business.
