Is it me or has this sort of crime been happening much more in the last few years in our area? Maybe it always did happen, but the kids are educated enough and given the tools to properly report this? So sad that someone would do this to a child.

Innocent until proven guilty is a requirement for juries, not public opinion. These people are entitled to have an opinion on what they feel should happen to a pervert who molests a child. If he is not guilty, all the more power to him. But that is between him and 12 people in a box now.

I completely agree I know of a man who did nearly this same thing and got basically a "slap on the wrist", it's pathetic......yet the ones who do nothing get the book thrown at them....wth??!!??

I'm just stating that just because someone claims this happened doesnt mean it did, no discredit to any victims and I'm not referring to this specific story I just mean all these news reports in general. For example the bus driver accused last year of hitting the student on the bus, everyone wanted to burn her at the damn stake the day it came out in the paper but last week after a jury reviewed the tape she was found not guilty. Just because someone is accused of it doesn't mean they did it...

@learnthelaw I agree as well innocent until proven guilty but as with that, that's a serious thing to be accused of no matter how you look at it. I'm not saying the man is guilty but a man should never put himself in a position like that in the first place because nothing good cyan ever come out of that....

I agree he shouldn't have done whatever he DID do, I'm Not sticking up for him it just gets old that as soon as someone is ACCUSED of something everyone wants to fire up the electric chair, anyone can go down to Mike fosters and press charges or call the cops and say something happened that doesn't mean anyone has proved it did happen it just means someone says it did and too many people don't seem to understand it!
