Motorcyclist, passenger critical after crash near Dorr

Nice, avoid a misdemeanor OWI by commiting a felony and almost killing yourself and passenger.

way to make the rest of us law abiding, safety conscience motorcyclists look stupid, having to make excuses for this dumb bass.

I got a chuckle out of this story. Idiot gets what he deserves. Passenger, pick a responsible driver next time or plan for an exit strategy.

What an idiot and his passenger needs to be more careful and watch who they ride.

An accident is an accident and these people have many who care for and love them. Back off and don't believe everything you read!

It's no accident when you twist the throttle to run from the police. That puts you into the high risk category and you better accept the bad with the good.

The problem is this wasn't an accident. The dude purposely tried to get away from the police. This is the kind of behavior that gives all us motorcyclists a bad rap. Don't drink and ride!!!

I've always wondered when I see someone driving a car or motorcycle do something stupid and they have a passenger ,what do the passengers say. Strangely I have never been in this situation. To be a passenger in or on a vehicle where the driver is a complete idiot. It does happen, here you are an innocent person and the guy whose driving is lunatic . Puts chills down my spine and makes my hair stand on end just thinking about it. To have no control over a situation like that is my worst fear. So for all you folks who get in a car with a loose cannon think twice the life you save may be your own.

Reguardless of the cause of the accident, the fact is two ppl who are (in fact) the kind of ppl who will give you the shirt off of their back are fighting for their lives... name calling and woulda-shoulda-coulda is just a waist of breath at this point.... How about just praying for them both to fully recover. Yeah that seems to be what is needed most. God bless-Judge not least ye be judged

Pretty impresive making fun of a comment that is from possibly a kid that is hurting right now cuz his uncle is in the hospital fighting for his life-wrong or right on what he (his uncle) did. Grow up and get a life!

I'll try to be kind. Why did he run from the police ? I hope they will be alright especially the innocent passenger.

Running is intentional, hitting the guardrail is an accident. How are these folks doing and what kind of injuries if you know?

well my unk lost a leg and has a shard of bone in his brain stem. and the passenger was his wife an is in better condition.. and for all those people out ther who are judging from what they read let me tell you you are whats called ignorant people... he didnt run or flee from a traffic stop he simply sped through a traffic sting....and that people is what you call local media twisting words to make what they calla good story...... and hopefully if my uncle survives he sues all the media who have put these false allegations on him for slander...........
