Fayetteville Kidnapping Suspect Arrested, Girl Still Missing

Fry that man if he doesn't co-operate with authorities. Fry him anyway for being a sick bastard. Who takes innocent children for their own sick pleasure. Too many have gotton off too easy.
I am a mother of eight who always worries about these sick people that roam our streets.
I pray this beautiful child is found alive and well. This man, and others like him need to be taken out of our communities forever.

If the laws where written to protect our children, he would have 5 minutes to say where to find her. If not, put him to sleep for good. When you have proof that someone took a child, and they are not co-operating, the authorities should have that right. It reminds me of the Emily Rimel case out of Madison Ohio. She was also five when a sicko (Bruce) took her from her home. They could only charge him with the max at the time for kidnap..ten years.Her body was found later in a lake by fishermen. I believe then he was going to recieve the max for murder. Should be death. This sicko also raped Emily.

Seriously, we need to bring back the hangings when something like this happens. Anyone thats mean enough to hurt a child can be hung! My grandfather said back in the old days people would bring picnic lunches to watch the hangings. Thats what we need to do again. There is no reason why anyone should hurt a little kid. They are innocent and have done nothing to deserve harm.

If the child is still unlocated, does the whole "5th amendment" bull still apply? I say no! He should be beaten with truncheons, waterboarded, and tortured until he reveals the exact location of the child. If she is found dead, so be it. BUT if she is still alive it is necessary to find her BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY to prevent her dying from dehydration or exposure. The constitution was NOT written to protect monsters like this. Nor was it ever intended to apply to local authorities ONLY the federal government. TORTURE his a$$ until he gives it up.

To Billy Bob: I'm relieved to see there are people out there with the right mentality. Where a childs life is at stake...the rules should be changed.

Please change our laws regarding childrens well being.

I Have been watching this story on Nancy Grace and i am so confuse now on this since another man was found to have taken her the mother must know more then she is telling mabe they needed money and she left the man have that poor little girl for sex you just never know about people and this story makes me so angry that the mother did not take better care of her child she sure does not need her back give to to her father.i just pray she will be found safe and unharmed
