Abilene, and even Herington, have a lot more downtown businesses to generate the sales taxes they collect. And over what period of time is this collection of $60,000 to $80,000 supposed to entail?

This was a scam put together by the mayor and the city administrator. Hell, they changed their story four times on what they were planning to use the money for. I bed that their is someone standing in the shadows that will benefit financially. Has to do with the grocery store, which will not succeed in this town.
