Obama's plan is to have people who misreprent facts like you do strapped into a chair to listen to Glenn Beck for 72 straight hours, and then taken to Knotts Berry Farm and tortured.
I would have to be drugged and strapped to a chair to ever listen to Beck, Hannity, Rush or Colter. Believe me I have tried and they literally make me want to vomit. I do listen to conservatives just not those high stung crazy bigot know it all types.

Where i live they close the ER's constantly...so you are full of shit! Along the borders to Mexico hospitals are going bankrupt. In the midwest the ER's were closing for hours because they were understaffed and underfunded. What delusional place do you reside?

Well, I see the dribble continues and I am concerned about the kind of "debate" that sarah has caused. It seems that large numbers of people with no analytical, logical or rational abilities are now feeling the pinch caused by corruption in our leadership.
I really despise those who simply critisize everything the current administration and congress is trying to do based on thier subjective, uneducated, irrational and illogical BIG LOUD CRAP. You are like hard drug addicts insisting that we need to continue to accept and ingest the crap that we have been fed for so long. WE NEED to encourage people to study logic, law, healthcare, and economics and suggest valid legal changes to our government if we are going to save our species. It is your responsibility to continue your education about yourself, your family and friends, and our society and give lawmakers your INFORMED opinion about what WE need.
I have three areas of concern and suggestions:
Legalize and exploit cannabis sativa for the many health benefits and jobs, industries and taxes it will provide. norml.com , LEAP, MPP, medical marijuana (seek these sites)
Outlaw psychiatric drugs (psychotrophics)- go to cchr.com and watch thier video "Making a Killing".
Waste not, want not....a suggestion from God the Father and Mother Nature that we can no longer afford to refuse.
Correcting the first two would allow us the time and money to possibly save the planet.
Most importantly for this forum, stop wasting time bickering amongst yourselves and start doing something productive and logically and rationally needed.
My applause to all of those who have tried to present factual and logical evidence about the counterproductivity of ms palin and those whe represents so foolishly. I can only suggest that you spend your time on sites where logic and rational hard data prevail. Also, PLEASE spend a little time writing directly to congress people and the administration with your well founded critisizms and SUGGESTIONS. We must let them know we ARE watching and WILL hold them accountable for thier actions. Never assume or rationalize and don't accept lies, exaggerations or omissions. Be openminded and unbiased like any good scientist (we all are).

Almost forgot....put Psychologists at the top of the mental health community.
Require psychology, ethics, and logic for a HS degree, besides history, health, economics, general science, math, biology, etc. Introduce a new course called "sustainable living for individuals and societies".

Hardcore Tammy...if you are attempting to criticize Obama or praise Bush concerning terrorism....pull that Steely Dan out of your ear so your brain can start healing and it may come back to full function if you feed it correctly with the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

I am not saying Sarah is the brighest bulb and I am not saying she isn't.

However come on now, can she do any worse than Obama? We have 10.2% unemployment, tripled deficits, terrorism on american soil for the 1st time since 9/11. We have Iran and North Korea laughing at us and building Nukes.

Its not like Obama is doing anything close to a stellar job.

Don't ya think????

He is doing an outstanding job. As I said last week in a different thread:

We are still suffering from the legacy of the Bush administration ( http://politics.theatlantic.com/2009/09/closi... ) but things have definitely started to improve with Obama. Following is a sampling of some things (by no means am I listing all things). Our standing in the world has improved greatly. The stock market has improved. Our roads, schools, and infrastructure are starting to improve. We've outlawed torture. Those responsible for 9/11 are finally going to be brought to justice. We are winding down the illegal occupation in Iraq. Women now are guaranteed equal pay for equal work. We are conducting sixty-five probes into possible fraud of bailout recipients. The Federal Reserve has unveiled new rules that would bar banks from charging overdraft fees. Credit Card Reform. We're working on health care reform. We are addressing climate change. The largest conservation effort in 15 years protecting thousands of miles of rivers trails and parks. Expanded small business loan programs. We expanded health coverage to 4 million middle class kids and slashed drug prices for seniors by 80 billion dollars. Secured EPA authority to limit pollution. Boosted fuel economy standards. Extended GI bill benefits to post 9/11 veterans. Reversed the ban on stem cell research. No more extraordinary rendition. Extended tax cuts to 95% of workers. Removed the ban of letting the media show caskets. Passed the hate crimes prevention act. Admitted that the war on drugs was a failure. Achieved progress on nuclear nonproliferation. No-lobby rule. White House staff pay freeze. Have begun shutting Guantanamo. Lifted restrictions To Cuba. Freedom of Information Act. Increased the funds for Pell Grants and other student aid programs. Increased tax credits. Lowered taxes on new car purchases. Investments in energy efficiency. So on and so forth.

Senators getting closer: Fort Hood massacre was terrorism

It's not the whole truth. It's not "Fort Hood massacre was jihad," although even that word comes up. It's not an acknowledgment that the attack was motivated by the same murderous ideology that took down the Twin Towers and that threatens Israel and other free nations around the world every day, but it's a step.

"Senators say Fort Hood shooting was terrorism: Several lawmakers and terror experts at Senate hearings on the Fort Hood shooting Thursday called the incident a terrorist attack, and warned of the danger of homegrown jihad," by Patrik Jonsson for The Christian Science Monitor, November 19:

The Senate Homeland Security Committee Thursday began its probe into the Nov. 5 Fort Hood shooting with few details about what everyone really wants to know: the true motives of alleged shooter Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan.
Nevertheless, several lawmakers at the hearing called the rampage a terrorist attack.

That label was supported by most of the terror experts who testified at the Senate hearing. Addressing questions about how red flags were missed in the lead-up to the rampage, experts pinpointed a rise in homegrown terrorism and expressed the need for the government to establish,

in the words of retired Army Gen. John Keane, "clear specific guidelines as to what is jihadist extremist behavior, how do you identify this behavior, and how does it manifest itself?"

...a quitter. She quit to twit and tweet. She endorsed the Bush administration when they bailed out the failed automobile and banking industries by tossing them our money without any questions or any oversight, in fact no one knows where all of that money went (same as with his "wars" lots of missing money, but I digress). Obama introduced oversight and now she speaks out in contempt. She is a pathetic skanky little deviant. Funny enough, their "liberal media" likes her and give her air time because she is tabloid fodder. A curiosity for the yellow journalists and a candidate for the dust ruffle fringe.

I see. So, no, no "panel of experts" has declared Hasan a terrorist.

Why is it so important for you to believe that this was not a terrorist attack and that Maj. Hasan was just a regular one of the boys type????

Wasn't that the mentality of pre 9/11
