In that particular State people are so tight in money. Matter of fact, they are so picky and selfish. When it comes to a safety concern, they don’t seem to follow any prevention or safety rules at all, and if there was an injury, they just don’t take care of the situation very seriously. The tropical weather in that city is so severe. When it warm, the environment of the air is so stinky. It stinks so badly that it’s hard to walk around in downtown of Texarkana.
