An Oregon police officer is in trouble after drunk-dialing 911. Just before midnight on June 13 the non-emergency call came into dispatch.

Give him the max penalty for abuse of a emergency line. What is it? 1 year and a $2,000 or $5,000 penalty? Being needs to stop being an excuse for people today
