Done! I noticed the ballot is tricky though, If you don't mark a party in the very first block your vote is thrown out. Many of the people I saw in line , especially the elderly, had not filled in the block. The rest of your ballot is automatically voided.

I think they want it this way. The people working the polls look right at the ballot and say nothing. I must have seen five myself in only a few seconds. Those ballots are no good so I hope they were democrats. One man caught it himself and asked for another ballot so I know it's a problem.

Big victories yesterday for the hard workers of Hawaii. We sent Lingle on to the next phase, we dumped Gufi for the second time, hopefully for good this time, and sent Ben onto his next step, hopefully killing rail and keeping the taxpayers somewhat solvent, and at the same time taught both Mufi and Carlisle a lesson which is "YOU ASZHOLES WORK FOR US, NOT FOR BIGTIME DEVELOPERS." All in all a great day. I'm tickled right down to my boot tops. For once, everything went the way I hoped, and hopefully Hawaii will retain some greenery for a while longer. I don't give a rat's ass if they destroy the windward side with their concrete and condo-ghettos, but leave Waianae alone.
