Lankford found guilty

May one more innocent person be spared from the hands of murderers!

I think Lankford and Wilkerson was high on termite poison when they invented that story.

Wilkerson put the defendant on the stand knowing that he was going to lie. This is a violation of legal ethics (oxymoron, but what the hell). Attorneys do this all the time, because in fact it's a necessary part of coaching any witness. I can't recall when any attorney has even been sanctioned for this - it's called the Schutter defense, it's so common.
Part of the big act Wilkerson is putting on is an attempt to convince all and sundry that he did NOT knowingly have his client lie. So next time you see an attorney do that, you'll know the real reason why.
They truly are a tricky smarmy bunch.

To the Watanabe Family who didn't accept my father at the memorial if you think you are the only family to experience loss you are solely mistaken. My brother is guilty of being a good Samaritan after your daughter was struck by his vehicle and she then had a brilliant idea of diving out of the truck at 40 mph. I know he's telling the truth because I've seen the lie detector test results. And no you can't use those in court to all you local Hawaiians reading this that don't understand due process or a fair trial. You're not in Hawaii, and don't know the terrain here, the reefs, the currents. There is no way he stepped foot in the ocean at night carrying a body, much less walking barefoot for 1/4 mile. This isn't amovie where the sharks immediately eat the evidence either. Why not reveal the lie detector results if HPD let you see them? You are saying he was framed, right? You weren't under a gag-order, were you?

Right on "Love Waianae". I have been mentioning this point about the "alledged" reef walk several times. You forgot to mention walking at night WITHOUT a light source at high tide. Last time on this, all experienced torch fisherman know what Lankford said he did at night on the reef was an absolute LIE!

Glad the jury had the common sense not to believe Lankford fabricated fairy tail.

Why don't you come clean about the real truth of your convicted brother's case? Kirk probably told you where he buried Masumi's body so why don't you tell us where it is so Masumi's family can get some real closure?

After all, Kirk has already been convicted of murder so why not do the right thing? You're joking if you think his case will be overturned and that he'll be a free man.

Your brother is a convicted murderer. It doesn't get any simpler than that. If you think that people actually believe he was being a good Samaritan, then you're dellusional like his defense lawyer. The defense was so lame that other defense attorneys shot it down. No one in their right mind would believe that lame story. It's the typical non-sense spewed by defense lawyers in a vain attempt to try to get their client off. Didn't work this time.

If Kirk was so innocent, he would have called an ambulance to get Masumi after he hit her with his truck. He didn't because it was no accident. Your brother is a wannabe serial killer who likes to victimize Asian women. Look at his previous arrest for attacking another Asian woman and even his own wife. There's an obvious pattern here.

Your brother is a sick human being who is a threat to public safety and the well-being of society. He needs serious help and should be locked up for at least thirty years before he should even be considered for parole. He committed a heinous crime, tried to cover it up and needs to be punished for it. He took away someone's child and that's a pain that will haunt Mr. and Mrs. Wanatabe for the rest of their lives. Your bro Kirk is responsible for that plus causing shame on your own family.

He can make things a little better by telling everyone the location of Masumi's body. Come one, darn it, do the right thing!

Being abducted is not being offered a ride.

And he buried (or concealed) the body because he knew the ocean often gives up its dead.

He was not a novice criminal. He was already a frequent flyer when he killed Ms. Watanabe.

In her case he had the motive, the opportunity and the means to accomplish the crime. Add intent and you have the reason for his swift conviction.

Yes it has.Getting less coverage now,hopefully it'll stop.The 'Village IDIOT'should just tell where the body of Masumi is!But judging from his HAIR-DO,this sack of feces' starting to look more&more like the DEVIL.Thinking he'll get his conviction overturned on appeal.What an anal pore!
