DO NOT RENT FROM LANI PROPERTIES THEY ARE SLUMLORDS!!!!

During these hard economic times, who really needs the stress of having a slumlord blame all the damages that were there when you moved in on you when you move out???

TRUST ME!!! They try to have the previous tenants show you the property/unit while they are still living there - apparently they want to move out. They word their sentences in away that will make you think the landlord are good.(ie: they don't come around unless you don't pay the rent on time means: They don't care if you put in work orders or call to fix damages, all they want to be sure of is that they get there money.)

We moved out - they tried to blame all the damages on us!!! Came out to $6000 they are trying to take us to court for!!! On a small family with parents who just lost there jobs and are going to college!!!! They REFUSED to fix the entry doors or windows - ANYONE could have came into our home at any time and raped and or murdered our family!! We would call every week - they did NOTHING!!!

Do not put yourself or your family through unnecessary stress and anguish by renting from these people. Going to court - some of us don't have money for a lawyer - to be pinned with damages that had been there for who knows how long!!!

If we get another Obama type democrat or Donald Trumph style republican, then you can be rest assured that there will be more slumlord problems in the future.

In slummy areas slum lords can't help but be slum lords. In the better areas good people will stay there. What is so amazing about that? There are rats and their are Show Dogs. Each live in a different area. Rats live in the sewers just like rat-people do.

Where are how people chose to live is their problem or decision...not the landlords. Same thing applies to the way you keep up the inside of your home.

Usually a Jew that's been handed down buildings from his parents. They tell their mostly black tenants that whitey is the bad guy, so they will have to raise the rents. Nothing is ever fixed. When the building is deteriorated enough,(gentrification) the landlords cry to HUD and everyone else that will listen, that they need government money to fix the place up, and all the while they will be pocketing the money and complaining about "those people." When the real estate market rises again, they'll throw out the tenants, while telling the tenants it's not the landlord's fault, it's whitey again. Then they tear down the building and rebuild, rent again, but not to blacks. Truth sux, huh? There's a new landlord that's come to Hawaii in the past few months that fits the bill exactly, but this new York Jew is into Care Homes and Halfway Houses. She says she wants to help people with her recent inheritance. Of course she is "non-profit." Enjoy.
