Does anyone know if the public is allowed to sit in on these trials? I've been following this case and I'm interested in seeing what happens up close and personal. It's being held at State Court..where's that? I've never been to a court case and am just curious. Mahalo

Guilty, give him life imprisonment. The Hawaii paroling authority will then ensure he does at least thity days before being paroled. If he says he was high on ice, he will be deemed a "patient" and do fifteen days.

Just watch his case and the B.E.T case, one is for murder and the other is drugs, well you know the answer already, one well walk out the other well spend less time in prison,

If he's guilty; "One shot, one kill" might be one effective and cost-efficient way of dealing with an overburdened and completely "over-forgiving" legal/prison system in cases such as these.
Although the trial hasn't started yet, the evidence appears overwhelming. |

I've known Kirk since he was 12 years old. He would just as soon lie to you as tell the truth. He has been in trouble with the police before and had 4 felony counts against him. In high school he was in trouble for stalking another high school student and against his "church" and the wishes of his wife's family, marrried his wife when she was 15.(another form of stalking). As well as I know Kirk, he will not stop killing; he has some really serious issues and it is a real shame that his parents didn't get him help when he was younge.

Aloha. From someone that attended Masumi's memorial, please contact Peter Carlisle, the Deputy Prosecutors Office in Honolulu and tell him what you know, please. May God Bless you and your family. Kirk was found guilty today of 2nd Degree murder. Please call. As a long time North Shore resident, we are appalled there is no closure for the family. We all know he knows where he put her body, he needs to tell us, then we will know and Masumi's family will have their closure. Please, Mahalos. |
