Calling the medical examiner a liar? I mean... really? That stinks of desperation to me.
And if the verdict comes back anything but guilty, I will have lost all faith in our legal system.

I also think the prosecution could have done a better job. They should have pressed Lankford on the two medical diagnosis he made. Questions to be asked...What made you qualified to determined that Masumi was not badly injured? Can you describe the injuries, exactly where on her body were her injuries? How deep, long , wide were the scrathes. How much bleeding was there. Can you diagnose if a person is in shock? Questions about the 2nd diagnosis he made...Exactly how did you determine she had no pulse...can you show me on my arm. How did you determine she was not breathing? I'll lie on the floor, show me what you did. How much blood was there at the scene? From what parts of her body did she show bleeding? People with no pulse who are not breathing have been revived with CPR. Did you attempt CPR? If no why not? With no medical training, you made two medical diagnosis, could you have been mistaken of\n either?

The jury won't be out long, they already have their minds made up. Lanky will be in "The Valley" soon. The homies are ready for some fresh meat, and boy, does he look like a nice piece of filet. I don't know how spicy Lankford likes his breakfast sausage, but cousins Gouveia and Rendondo will surely be able to accomodate him. Maybe a little hash browns and scrambled eggs on the side? Aloha, Keith. Good luck you loser!!!!!!!!

Carl Weathers wrote: Actually, the defense did come up with a pretty good story. At least enough to place reasonable doubt in 1 or 2 jurors mind, I think. Plus there's no body. It was a bit of a stretch to even conduct this trial based on the circumstantial evidence. We'll see... If the prosecution did not charge Lankford with 2nd. murder on circumstantial evidence, he would have never admitted to the accident story. The prosecution of Lankford is already putting him in Halawa for at least manslaughter. Now, we'll see if it's for life.

Goodbye Lanky, it's been a short ride for you. But, in the end, you will get the long end of the stick. The Hershey highway is waiting for you.
