They do not explain that a judge from California will be flown in because the judges in Hawaii are against it.

Also that a fund was created in the beginning to fight opposition to this fraud, TAXPAYER MONEY TO FIGHT OPPOSITION ALTHOUGH MOST TAXPAYERS DO NOT WANT THE MONSTROSITY.

Why dont they impose an injunction, seize all construction and operations pending outcome of the lawsuit....like they did with the poor SuperFerry?
