HIV digs deeper into Deep South

HIV has burrowed into the Deep South, feeding off some of the most impoverished people in the nation and creating a health catastrophe, according to a report being released Monday in Birmingham.

Chlamydia, Syphillis, and now HIV. Is there ever going to be anything we're good at besides being disease-ridden or obese? As a "TRUE" Southern man, I can't believe what we've done to ourselves. Our isolation used to be our salvation, now it's going to be our damnantion.
