Authorities identify 19-year-old shot to death by Birmingham police officer

A man shot to death by a Birmingham police officer Sunday night has been identified as 19-year-old Aubrey A. Johnson of Birmingham, said Jefferson County Chief Deputy Coroner Pat Curry.

I wonder what Johnson was doing to attract the attention of the police? Could it be he was committing a CRIME? Imagine that, getting shot for committing a crime (and probably two or three) and getting shot for not obeying the police when they've caught you.
