I was a top financial advisor selling annuities to senior citizens. my advice is keep your money under your mattress and you will be better off.

Criminal? Not more laws. How about enforcement. You can have all the laws on the books, but if you don't enforce them, what good are they. Boca Raton is the scam capital of the US. And most insurance and financial advisors that rip people off are still in business. And trust me, when an advisor or insurance salesmen generates a lot of commissions, the companies will protect them. Doesn't matter if it is a broker dealer or insurance company.

the most frequent predators upon the elderly are lawyers ............. too bad that THE BAR protects the corrupt lawyers..... rather than protect the public........ BROOKE KENNERLY and FRED LEWIS of the JQC protect the sleaziest of judges..... like JAY SPECHLER.

MOMBACH BOYLE HARDIN actively recruits lawyers with no ethics and a violent compulsion..... for their witness tampering,evidence spoliation,judge pimping practices.

...... as long as lawyers control the legislatures and insist that lawyers are above the law and ENTITLED to self regulate........ we will have THE BAR hurting the public in order to protect corrupt lawyers.

we have agreat legal system....... if you are a lawyer........ especially a corrupt one....... lawyers have strong stomachs....... so they can ignore the blatant corruption of the likes of the judge pimps at MOMBACH BOYLE HARDIN.
