Wis. teen put girl's nude pics on MySpace

Don't let anyone take a picture of you naked and you won't have to worry about it ending up anywhere. Problem solved. What a waste of taxpayer money!!

How does he get pictures of a naked 16 year old girl? Something's up with the world today.

I'm sure her anxiety is whether or not she will still get the Hustler or Playboy centerfold.

Unless this guy took the pictures without her knowledge, which I doubt, he shouldn't be punished any more then she should. Her lewid behavior allowed him to take the pictures.

I should add that I do not condone her allowing nude pictures to be taken. She is not without fault in this matter, but my point was that she did nothing illegal (stupid,yes), while he did.

Why is it not illegal to let anyone take nude pictures of you but it is illegal for them to let other people see them? She was okay with him looking at her and the pictures? Unless he took them through a window or somehow without her knowing sounds like she set him up to me. And she is only 16? I would hope every guy she knows stays far away from her. There are way too many guys spending time in jail and on probation due to the whinings of some over emotional teen girl.

How did he even get the pictures posted. I thought Myspace monitored for those kind of things and censored them.

Myspace doesn't check them before they are posted. But they will remove them once discovered.

If I remember the original post, she sent the pictures to him via her phone. They broke up and then he posted them. Now this person will have to register as a sex offender the rest of his life. Does not seem fair. This should not have gotten this far. No he should not have posted them on Myspace, however, she is as much as fault for sending him the pictures.

yeah, if you give a picture to someone (regardless of its content) it is now their property and can do with it what they please. That's how I see it anyway.

It's illegal if the girl is underage, whether or not she consented.

Hello Parents of children,start teaching our children modesty and self esteem! are we really to busy to instill these in our children, I am amazed by the way our future, yes our future behave these days, they have no qualm about themselves or anyone it terrifies me!! wake up parents and do what we need to do as parents and honor these values!

3 years probation?...wow, guess we showed him about consequences huh?.....what a joke.......but on the other hand, when anyone nowadays poses for those kinds of photos, well you get what you get...it is too easy to post those types of pictures anywhere so....I guess both are stupid and both will suffer some kind of consequnces even though the guy, who is an adult, should , at the very least serve some kind of jail time or something.....

I disagree, is a 16 year old girl wants to play with fire, then she is going to get burned. She took the pictures, she sent them. 16 year olds today know exactly what they are doing. He was her boyfriend at the time (if I am thinking of the same article). Immature people do things like posting photos when they get dumped.
