I agree 100%... But just wait until the lawyers get their hands on this one...they'll turn it around to make it the truck drivers fault and sue the company for millions of dollars.

I saw a picture of the car and I am surprised the third woman is in critical condition. There is no way anyone could have possibly survived at all.

THIS IS HORRIBLE. I will keep the family of the people in the car in my prayers. and Also for the truck driver. They made a stupid decision cutting the truck off. but this is still a horrible accident.

What a tragedy! People don't realize how fast they can change a moment, one wrong choice can change the lives of so many. The ones hurting are the ones left behind. In reading this article, one bad choice, of just changing lanes on the interstate, what a tragedy that could have been prevented. My heart goes out to the families for their lose.

Cassie is not lost Cassie is in the house on the computer laughing at everyone for commenting on her post. When you all know that none of her comments goes with the story but to another story. Cassie thinks all of y'all is funny because she knew that everyone would think she is crazy or something. As for this story the lady who was driving shouldn't have crossed in front of the truck driver.

I believe that this woman had a lot on her mind and she wasn't thinking straight when she pulled out in front of this cement truck. She wasn't in her right mind. My heartfelt wishes goes out to her family.

Everyone should ignore comments like from Cassie and Yellow Beer. They want attention....

What this story should say to people is to drive defensively. You can never be too cautious. A split second of not paying attention has cost two maybe three lives and the truck driver will no doubt suffer from guilt about this accident. God be with all those involved.

I'm sorry she had alot on her mind, but if she had that much, then maybe she shouldn't have been behind the wheel. If you aren't "in your right mind" then maybe you should stay home until you are in your right mind.

Driving should have your entire focus and attention - it can prevent things like this from happening.

Condolences to the family.

Exactly. When you're driving all your concentration should be on driving. No cell phone, no hunting for a cd, no fiddling with the stereo, no adjusting your appearance, no reading the paper, no eating, no nothing. Just driving. You're either concentrating on driving or your just a death waiting to happen. Yours or someone elses.
