R U kidding me? As a middle aged tax payer and law abiding citizen, I am disgusted that a law suit would ever be brought up. The dude was in jail costing us tax payers money to begin with. If his family is allowed to file a law suit, then I should be able to file suit against the family costing me tax dollars for having this dude in jail. Sound ridiculous? I think so , and so it goes. I just lost my father to a heart attack. Years and years of smoking led to this. He made some bad decisions regarding his own health and he also died too young. Am I going to sue someone over this? No way!
Robert Hawkins obviously made some bad decisions regarding his health. Drugs and shooting guns at people is all too prevalent these days. I feel safer knowing that he is no longer a threat to society. I feel bad for his children but he obviously didn't care enough about them or himself to become a responsible father or member of society. I have a gut feeling about how the children will turn out. I can only hope they live a long, happy, prosperous life but that may not be a reality unfortunately. Now as a tax payer, I will also be supporting his family in some welfare program if I havn't been already.
In essence, any money that would be awarded in a law suit, should all be turned back over to our government and then to us tax payers. A law suit is not the answer. It will do absolutely nothing. It disgusts me when families seek money over a deceased loved one who didn't contribute to society. In fact, instead of contributing to society, they actually created a burden on society.
It's sad to lose loved ones. I've lost both of my parents in the past 7 months. Its part of life. We all have to experience death and sometimes, it opens our eyes and we find out what is important to us. If it's money, you ain't got your eyes open yet.

Daily Horoscope for January 3

Aquarius

Try to avoid arguments with your family and friends. You will be less than satisfied with the way things are around you. Keep the peace with your parents. If you are working, the pressure will be on, but after hours the mood really improves! Relax and get enough rest. This will revitalize your energies and let you take advantage of your strokes of genius.
