Mr. Hallet is wrong on the constitution, wrong on the law and wrong on the policy. He is simply reflecting his own political bias. Last time I checked Franklin County was not the 51st state, and the Ohio Constitution applied there too. It is not as if 99% of Franklin county voted against it, it was essentially a toss up. I guess those voters have no right to gamble in Mr. Hallet's world. And what have strip clubs got to do with a well run, clean Casino. No one is being forced to go the Casino Mr. Hallett, if you don't apporve of the moral choice, just drive on by...
