Man i feel like this young man's life was taken away just like that because of unpoorly driving, and this car had to see him if every other car seen him on the road pusing his car and went around him, because he had on light, told to me from the young lady he was with, and nicole should have been charged for this accident, because she was driving wit no lights at all,and i just feel like the police department is tryna write it off as a accident when that is not the case, something needs to be done about this its not rite to take someones life just like that and call it as a accident,it a reason for this accident and the family deserve answers!

This is so sad that this young mans life was taken away from him and his family and the fact that the police is going to write it off as just an fatial accident will not fly with me. Something has to been done to the 19 yr old who killed him and took his life I think that drugs were a big big part in this as well as drinking and the police are just not telling. If the city officals of Tarpon Spring are just going to sit around and let people go around diong what ever they want is unspeakable. What if this was one of there family members they would want there JUSTICE!!!!!!!

So sad that a young life was taken at 20yrs old.. This accident was at 3:30am, so you know there are not too many other cars on the road and Keene is really dark at night. Anyone know how the female is doing, I heard she was also pregnant? I know that the 19yr old driver is in great remorse, and there is an investigation going on. Both families are in my prayers.

It's unfortunate that people can just post things on here without even knowing anything about the case. It is under investigation and will continue to be under investigation for some time. To say that "I think that drugs were a big big part in this as well as drinking" is irresponsible. And the city officials of Tarpon Springs have nothing to do with it as the accident occured in Largo. And it's also unfortunate that the only post looking for some reality has been deleted by someone, maybe roboblogger, to make this as one-sided as possible? And why would someone even mention that his lights were on? That was never mentioned anywhere in the articles I've read. Maybe his lights were on because he was illegally driving and didn't want to get caught? And the girl that he was with doesn't even have a driver's license? Maybe he was afraid to go to jail for driving on a suspended license? Hmmm, many interesting questions. Well his car has a computer in it that can tell if the lights were on or not, and if they weren't, someone has lied to the police.

And the link doesn't work to WEAR TV3. And I went to their website and can't find anything about this accident.

Listen, where are you folks getting your information? The case in under investigation and Nicole Koah will be feeling the repercussions of what happened. You guys are so quick to say that nothing is going to happen! You're making it sound like she just floated away without consequences. It takes time to build a case and charge someone. I wish both families support, for THIS WAS JUST AN ACCIDENT. There are two sides to every story. And get your facts straight before posting them.

This site is strange, first a post is there, then it is gone, then it is back. Weird. And I have no idea why it is giving me in different locations. Very strange.

I'm sure it's hard to see a man pushing a car when your intoxicated. Please don't dismiss this as a hatefull assumption, check out my location and put the pieces together. Do NOT think this is an innocent 19 year old girl ! She deserves to live with this for the rest of her life.

Put the pieces together to what? The fact that her toxicology hasn't even been RELEASED is what's making you look like a dumbass.

Ok so here is the deal... I am a good friend of nikki's. I was with her right before the accident and I was in the hospital for 3 hours after it happened. She was sober when she left and she was driving with her lights on. Keene has hardly any lights on and the guy didn't have his lights on and also was in the middle of the road. When your car runs out of gas, it doesn't just stop... it coasts. He could of easily pulled the car to the side of the road. They both were at fault. There weren't other cars that went around him because it all just happened. Now I am so sorry that he died and it's not fair, but shit happens and it was an accident. So it's not right making judgements about someone nor a situation that you know nothing about. So please just stop with the nasty comments about how my friend should get whats coming to her because she is a great person, who is in college and works hard everyday, and just was at the wrong place at the wrong time!

Oh, and she is so unbelievably sad and hurt by what happened. Don't anyone think for a second that she has no remorse! She and all of us are going to have to live with this for the rest of our lives, so just stop making it worse for both families. Nikki, you are in my heart and prayer, I love you! and to Mr. Henri's family, I am so sorry for the grief you must feel! You are in my heart and prayers!

I don't understand why people are so quick to assert that when a young person is in an accident, drugs are absolutely involved. That is a terrible, and to put it in simple terms, stupid assumption. Grow up. If someone doesn't have their lights on when they're pushing their car down Keene at such a time, they're not free of the blame. It's sad that someone died, but he could have helped prevent it himself. Nikki is a sweet girl and those of you who think she's "getting off easy" have no sense of reality. If any of you accidentally hit someone with your car you would feel horrendous. Awful. The person may be paralyzed for the rest of their life. But when you kill somebody? Totally insensitive when people say that the person who caused the death will "get off easy". I know she feels horrible. This is just a case of both parties being in the wrong place at the wrong time. And for the record, don't say things about this case [i.e., he had his lights on] unless you can back it up. Assuming that you know exactly what happened after overhearing a news report is bogus. Furthermore, "SHENIEKA", first of all rip out the caps lock key so people take you seriously. Also, if drugs were involved the police and hospital would have found them in her system the night of the accident. If she had had drugs, the news would have touted that as another reason why she hit him. "Drunk and drugged" dehumanizes her even more, which would help make people like you even more insensitive to the facts. Anyways, People get into car accidents all the time. If he hadn't been pushing his car from the outside it would have been a fender-bender. Who's to say this couldn't happen to any of us? Just because someone is involved in an accident does not make them a monster. I hope both families find some solace, somehow.

She received a ticket for underage drinking. I personally think that this young lady should have received hard time and possibly more than 10 years. She was intoxicated, she was underage and she killed a man. A lesson does need to be taught and this is very sad for me to even say this, because i know Nicole Koah and her family.

If you know so much about the investigation and the fact that she only received a ticket for underage drinking, you would know that the toxicology showed that her BAC in no way could have been over .08 at the time of the accident. You would also know all the other factors that proved it to be not all her fault. She still made a mistake, and she will be paying for it. For the REST of her LIFE. But the punishment you are offering does not fit the crime.
