People want to know how the residents of Hamilton are responding to their latest high-profile citizen.
Are the parents comfortable with him being there?

Are they going to ignore him or will they keep a watchful eye and try to make him .... uncomfortable?

Atlanta's receptin was not chilly -- it was ice -- but we are hearing nothing out of Hamilton -- is there a reason?

We know he didn't kill JonBenet -- but I don't think that is all that matters. The tapes that were released -- they are KARR talking about his fantasies -- his SICK fantasies. Listen to tapes 6 and 7 -- the man is SICK!

Jameson...how sure are you that Karr wasn't involved with Jonbenet murder? Is it just because the DNA didn't match? I know John personally and I still think he is somehow involved. The people in Hamilton are very uneasy about him being back home. He is being watched I assure you.

well he better be being watched. He's a SICKO. I wouldn't be comfortable with him living anywhere near me.

I heard James Davie is trying to fight extridition. It's being kept very quiet for some reason and I feel sure he has something to do with John....

He clearly wasn't the killer -- he wasn't in Boulder that night, the DNA isn't a match - and his very detailed confession doesn't match perfectly what happened to JonBenet. So I do not believe he was involved in the Ramsey murder -- but I do believe he has exposed what he is -- a predator and a pedophile -- and I wouldn't want him in MY neighborhood.

Having said that -- he DID know a few things about the murder that were not public -- so I wonder if he hasn't had some detailed conversations with the man who DID kill JonBenet.

As for Hamilton residents watching him -- I am glad to hear that -- and would welcome any news from Hamilton. Is he still there? Is he working? Is he approaching any children?

I have a right to wonder - and to ask. And in America, anyone can respond -- it's all OK.

Davie was indicted by a Marion County grand jury in December 2004 on two counts of first-degree rape, one count of sexual torture and two counts of first-degree sodomy, according to Marion County District Attorney Jack Bostick.

He was granted bail of $130,000 there but fled to Australia before his trial.

He is being brought back to face those charges.

For the record, the possible link between Davie and Karr has been brought to the attention of the authorities and I expect they are looking at that closely.

Is Karr still there? Has anyone seen him? Are people talking or just ignoring his presence?

i have drove by his house several times and have not seen a vehicle!! i do know that mark spray does beleive that karr had something to do with this!! there have been several different cars parked at james leroy davies home i've woundered if he is parking over there!! i'll keep you posted!!! dec.5 there will be a documentry produced by michael crissman brom great britain!!

HI, I use to live next door to JMK years ago, grew up with him, and loved the family very much, his grandparents were sweet people. We were friends as kids, as were his brother and my brother. Who is James Leroy Davies? And which house did he live in? I'm wondering if it was my old house? This whole thing has been a shock, and just really puts a bad light on Hamilton, but there has been problems there for years anyway, and I think people just swept things under the rug...
