Legal child theft by Debora Wingrove 75 main st vincent, ohio 45784 7403506387 courts take a child away due to a mother having a hard time going to school and bettering herself for her children. The mother allowed her older child to stay with debora wingrove so that he would be sheltered from a sour divorce & her time as a full time student. The mother still has her 4 almost 5year in her custody and never been charged with abuse or neglect, but the courts wouldnt listen and now this mother isnt allowed to see her older child. this is not the way family is supposed to be. The courts allow children that are beaten and abused to stay in that environment but when a mother goes to school they take her child.
