Man Who Lost Arm In Shooting Pleads Guilty

Douglas Tenczar of Sebago agreed to a plea deal Monday, just before he was scheduled to go on trial for threatening some teenagers during a road rage incident, then threatening sheriff's deputies who showed up at his home to investigate.
