They certainly were cowboys. They tiptoed up to the house in the pitch dark and never announced themselfs. They had no search warrent. Mr tenczar was ambushed and gunned down because of complaint by three dramatic teenagers. He was shot though his kitchen window. Who else could have been in that house?? The deputys had no idea.

Its comforting to know Police can surround your house in the dark and not idenify themselves withour a search warrent. I will sleep so much better at night now.

From WCSH Channel 6:

"Douglas Tenczar of Sebago agreed to a plea deal Monday, just before he was scheduled to go on trial for threatening some teenagers during a road rage incident, then threatening sheriff's deputies who showed up at his home to investigate. Those deputies shot Tenczar, and he eventually lost his arm because of the injuries.

In court, Tenczar apologized for his actions."

Doesn't sound to me like he was so innocent? He APOLOGIZED. So, get your facts straight people before you automatically lash out at the police.

Bottom line.....aim a GUN at a police officer and you WILL GET SHOT.....As you SHOULD!

Any questions?

Get your facts straight He was inside his house they were outside in the pitch dark, he didnt know who they were, they did not announce they were deputys. He pled the Alfred Doctrine. They ambushed him and gunned him down, shot though his kitchen window. Would have been real nice if the kids were home. He let these cowboys off the hook.

An apology is an admission of guilt. It's a no brainer. If he was in the right, he would NEVER "let them off the hook" as you say. Where are you getting YOUR facts?

Try to logically think about this and you SHOULD see what happened and NOT what speculators are trying to spew to everyone:

If police raided YOUR house UNANNOUNCED and shot you for NO reason, what would you be doing now? Would you be suing them or apologizing to them? I think we ALL know that answer.

Now, question #2: Why isn't HE?

DUH!!!!!

Daily Horoscope for November 30

Sagittarius

As much as the robust Archer would like to indulge, today you must mind your health. If you go out to celebrate the holidays, go easy on the rich foods and spirits. Too much alcohol and you might find yourself saying the absolute wrong thing to the right person, thus blowing what could be a perfectly lovely evening. Strive for moderation.
