So far, that hasn't been a very effective campaign argument or policy rebuttal. The question is, what don't YOU understand.

Downtown akron is a war zone, a stabbing, a shooting, and a robbery this weekend. Business as usual for the world class Mayor. I know Deplume, it is no worse than any other Ohio City, but Donny is suppose to be building a world class city. Those other Cities are not 1.2 billion in debt.
