I was there the day he shot those people in cold blood, as they either fled or hid or begged not to be shot... His mental heath defense for a premeditated set of homicides is a joke. He should be serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole, not hanging out in town with the family. The people he killed are very much missed by their families too.
