All "HitMen" are undercover police. It seems quite often any more you hear this same story, somone tries to hire a hit-man to kill somone off, and they always turn out to be undercover police officers, thank goodness, for the intended victim's.

Kind of ironic the same officers are caught on tape planning executions, yet they are not charged?!
Does the badge they have on their chest act as a calling card to do what ever crimes they wish, and are given a get out of jail free card, to committ even bigger crimes than ones they arrest people for!

I thought of hiring one too! It is just too scary to think of though. My ex husband has been molesting my two baby girls.
