Spring has sprung in beautiful downtown Hillman. The birds are singing, the grass is growing, and the local youth have flooded our streets and sidewalks with every wheeled vehicle they possess. They are out playing and walking, enjoying the weather. Let us all remember that the speed limit in town is 25. Not 30. Not 35. Not 40! A nice steady 25, or slower is more than sufficient to travel through our little burg. Also, passing on the right is not only illegal but DANGEROUS. Be patient! The car ahead of you will turn eventually. Remember the rules so the only thing squished this summer are the bugs on your windshield, not a child under your tires
