Man accused in Texas smuggling by plane attempt

I wonder how many times this plan worked? I'd also like to know how much the illegals paid him or what they promised to do if they made it? More pond scum in the gray bar hotel!

if he has his plane confiscated by the us govt. and is thrown in jail until he's too old to walk (let alone fly a plane), we'd have fewer incidents like this. it's like every other criminal in this fear of being caught and punished.
