Former Highmore police chief questioned in wife's shooting

Many of us thought Cletus, (that's what alot of people in Highmore used to call him back when he first got here), always was a bit weird...and reckless for that matter.

Are you sure? I never heard anything like that before, and I lived there for a long time. People talked so highly of him. I've never heard anything bad until I heard what happened.
